We are Billing180, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and operate the website www.billing180.com (the “Site”) as well as other related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms are the only agreement between us and you and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Services and the subject matter of these Terms. 5. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

The Services are not intended for use in connection with any laws or regulations governing the handling of sensitive financial information, including but not limited to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), or similar laws. We make no representations that our service complies with the requirements of such laws. If you are a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA, or a Financial Institution as defined by GLBA, you agree that you will not use the Services to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) or Nonpublic Personal Information (NPI) as defined by those laws. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that any data you upload or process through the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including any related to financial privacy or health data.
